Anime Girl - 'Nezumi-chan'

Scanned image drawn freehand, and painted using Paint Shop Pro 7.

I was inspired by all the fan websites I started to surf, and this picture was the result. I also wanted to try out CG rendering, which I had only attempted once before with a very early edition of paint Shop Pro.
